To travel from MedStar Health: Medical Center at Chevy Chase, located at 5454 Wisconsin Ave, 11th Floor, Chevy Chase, MD 20815, to Cherished Hands Home Healthcare at 18526 Office Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20886, start by heading west on Willard Avenue toward The Hills Plaza. After approximately 0.6 miles, turn right onto MD-190 W/River Road and continue for about 3.8 miles. Next, merge onto I-495 N via the ramp to Frederick/Baltimore, which will take about 0.3 miles.Continue on I-495 N for approximately 0.9 miles before using the left three lanes to slightly turn left onto I-270 Spur N, following signs for I-270. Stay on I-270 Spur N for about 2.3 miles as it merges into I-270 N. Proceed on I-270 N for about 7.9 miles and take the exit for MD-124 N/Montgomery Village Ave (exit 11). After merging onto I-270 N again for a short distance of about 0.6 miles, use any lane to take exit 11 for MD-124 N/Montgomery Village Ave.Once you’ve exited, continue on Montgomery Village Ave for approximately 1.2 miles.
